Today, we share some exciting (and slightly bittersweet) news.
We are incredibly proud to announce that Richard Roil has been appointed as a Member of the Employment Relations Authority, a significant career milestone and a testament to the expertise, integrity, and dedication he has brought to the employment law profession throughout his career.
Since joining Black Door Law, Richard has been an integral part of our team. He has provided trusted advice to clients, navigated complex workplace issues with care and pragmatism, and contributed to the supportive and collaborative culture that defines our firm.
While we are sad to see him leave Black Door Law, we could not be more thrilled to see him take on this important new role. His appointment is richly deserved and reflects the respect he has earned throughout his career from clients, colleagues, and the wider employment law community.
Richard’s appointment is not only a proud moment for him, but also a reflection of the calibre of expertise and professionalism that he has consistently brought to his work.
